As I recall, it was a joke by the Wibury's to look as if they had a long and fruitful career. They were a 'group' for about 2 years, though.

Is there any possible way I could get a copy of Volume 1 from you?

The 2 Wilbury's album are great, I am surprised that they havent re-released them. They surely will at some point I think. I have volume 1 & 3 on CD, Vinyl and Cassette. I have a sealed volume 1 cd in the long box and a un-sealed one to listen to.

I bought my Ryko Stage 2 cd set from eBay, just before the new EMI releases, I paid about £15.00, It used to sell for about £60.00 plus I could never afford that, alternately David Live ( on Ryko cds ) I bought new from 101cd.com for about £10.00 three years ago, for some odd reason? Stage was always priced much higher.

Hmmm... that odd. Stage was more scarce? By the time it came out the reissues were getting little press and casual sales?
Around london town it is not uncommon now to see the Live Rkyos for under £10.
As I've had my beloved repurchase of the cassette of David Live for 6 months now, I am able to pass them by.

In reply to:

So Stage was released after David Live on the Ryko disc label, I though they were all released simultaneously?

Thanks for clearing that up Alan, nice to see they released them in the correct order, Incidently, were the EMI ( bonus tracked ) cds released in this order, or all at once?
