I have all three of these albums and love 'em all for different reasons. You'll find a much more melodic Wire by 154. Back in the day Wire were huge at the college station I was at... then again we were all a bunch of music snobs. Regardless, I can always find a Wire song for most occasions.

As for Send, I added it at the radio station I was at because, hey, it's fuckin' Wire!! But that release is actually very good. I was pleasantly surprised to hear a matured Wire, but one that didn't lose its edge.

It is my opinion and I am unanimous in this, because it is my opinion, which is, in fact, mine.
