Seriously, Monkeyboy and I have fought a million times due to his position that any rules should be explicitly defined and you can only react to people who break published rules, in contrast to my position that you can't really define all the rules until you see a pattern of things that should be regulated.

In this case, I'm not sure that anyone expected that the exceptional custom title thing would really be an issue, and when it became one, the lid was put on it. Yeah, you can't undo what's been done, but you stop doing it if you realize it's a bad idea.

Yeah, I see no big deal here.
