I'm not sure what the criteria of a successful Radiohead album are these days, but if you're looking for subtle, interesting variations on their existing sound, combined with Mr Yorke's homogenous, whining vocals, then I say they've scored a hit.
'Morning Mr. Magpie', 'Lotus Flower' and 'Feral' were probably my highlights. 'Feral' is probably as leftfield as anything on there, but even that, to its benefit, has their fingerprints all over it.
Musically, the album holds together quite nicely (what, with only eight songs). I confess a good deal of it washed over me, especially the (largely indecipherable) lyrics, which is a good thing as they've been a sticking point for me lately.

Of course. If there was any doubt, I didn't mean that I wasn't listening to any recent music because it was no good; rather, it's fucking expensive.
