Attaching an image to a post here for the purpose of cross-referring to it elsewhere is that kind of action which slows this site down, at least that's what Evan told us a long time ago.
Better to post one picture once. Or ask some TW friend of yours with a website to host your images, put it up on one of the sites out there which are still free (credit to Tati for the link http://community.webshots.com/), or whatever.
