While it might not be incredibly "valuable" per se, it is noetheless a milestone thread. What I was trying to point out, and perhaps I failed in this effort, was that there is a history to the boards that would be lost if great threads (include TJ's death thread if you choose) are just deleted.

Doesn't everyone on here have a thread or two that have a special place in your heart, despite perhaps not being the most worthwhile topic? Or a specific post that you are particularly proud of that you'd really be sad to know was gone forever?

I'll be seeing YOU in New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, Boston, Kansas City, St. Louis, Washington DC, Moline, Columbus, Wantagh, and Holmdel. So dress sharp.
