All I know is that a very valued member of TW, with the name of Tristan, a gentleman in my eyes, told me that he has not been able to update his profile, so unless you know reasons differently I have no reason to disbelieve him.
And that was the case with me until March 15, 2004. As someone who filled out the fan registery on July 30, 1998, I frankly just forgot how to change it. I now am no longer hidden.
