What rules? You decided arbitrarily to ban him, as many were asking you to do, and then, just as arbitrarily (it seemed at the time), adjusted your censorship to put a time limit upon it.

You moderators are to blame and will no doubt put your hands up and say "Mea culpa" when it all turns pear shaped again as desperate TWers plead for the ban to be reintroduced, permanently, to spare us from the psychotic meanderings of Norfolks second least favourite son.
