I understand it's possible for someone to make a complaint to the provider of these forums for such a picture, even if TW itself isn't hosting it. I wouldn't like to drag Evan unnecessarily to the place every time such a complaint was raised, which is why I understand they've been deleted till now. I think it would be better if the image was edited behind an url link, adding a 'not work safe' warning, which should be an adequate enough notice for people viewing TW from someone else's computer, or who simply don't want to see it slapped in the middle of a thread.
