Hey Marquis! That vm message must have been from a couple years back...? As I recall you only recently visited SF, which is when we shoulda tried to meet up, seeing I'm north of there. Kind of figured you were po'd at me for some such malarky here. Hope you had a hoot and a holler.

On topic, back to a point I brought up and got rather slammed for... I still believe the mods should be more proactive here. The example I used doesn't equal censorship... I am in no way for censorship. What I am for is weeding out deadweight and certain useless alter ego posts. The mod I am thinking of does not remove things willy nilly. She sniffs out baggage and possible aliases who abuse their posting. The board is good, full of colorful fucking language, but not full of needless pm-like posts and bizarre photo, memory heavy, threads. Mind you I am referring to Penn and Teller's site, and they're not for the squimish. So, I figure more involved moderating could clean up this joint a pinch and, perhaps, encourage others to join or come back. That is the goal, right? If it's not, I'll shuddup and go play in redder pastures.
