The people at BWW are certainly friendlier than we are collectively. However, I suspect you probably need to be English to get the best out of BWW: for the rest of us the atmosphere is a little too Little Englander stifling.
BWW also toes the corporate line more than TW, not just in what it reports but in what can be discussed there. However, it's Paul Kinder's site to do with as he sees fit, and he is to be commended for keeping the show on the road when other webmasters have lost interest.
I dip in and out of BWW. Usually the dipping in occurs when Bowie is doing something interesting like touring, or has just released a new album, and I'm interested in finding out what English fans think about it. Apart from that, it doesn't hold my interest for very long periods.
