Maybe we should consider starting a Teenage Wildlife Version 2 that would replicate most important functions of the main site, plus the message board, and just moving there.
Not a bad idea, bisex yeti.
I've frequently thought about the idea of simply registering people that I think might enjoy the boards simply as something fun to do. But it's hard to get a non-Bowie fan to put in the time it takes to get accustomed to the very things that make this site so fun before they are fun.
But I think that if we move we will lose more people in the process than we actually gain. Call me a pessimist, but I see the chances of Daddy going through another Earthling period, popularity-wise, declining exponentially as he gets older.
I think the real questions we should be asking ourselves are: - Who will be the last to give up? (Dogz) - How much longer can we expect to sustain ourselves? - Where (if anywhere) will we move to once this place finally caves in?
Me, I'm in this for the long haul but infighting and melodramatic bullshit is my bread and butter. That said, I refuse to be left alone with some posters.
Maybe the best thing is for Daddy to die because then he's sure to have a real upsurge in popularity - at least in the States. Let's just try to get the registration process cleaned up before then.
