In regards to Adam and K having contact with Evan, at least there is some communication going, even if it is admin stuff. I just was curious as to what had happened to Evan; never really understood the idea of why Mr. Torrie left to begin with (was there a reason besides his illness?).

I remember a time when the boards were filled with people chatting about. Whether it was relevant to the site or not. People like Ruskie, Dukewhite, Beckie (she and Mark were room mates at one point), Etheraldawn (or whatever it was – Frank… also from NY, friends with Mark and Beckie), Kristinmachina… people that were around several years ago… before the site went down hill. I’ve noticed there’s been a bit of a loss for creativity. Looks like I missed a lot!

It sucks that somewhere, somehow the software has been corrupted. Maybe Evan is waiting for us all to piss off completely before he shuts the site down for good. Who knows. But at least we’re still here for the moment!

I know the TW email died about 5 years ago or so. Bigmailbox went under or something, and it dominoed to everyone who used it. just sad for the people who had the accounts and registered with it… like my email in my fan registry says abe11825 at teenagewildlife dot com. I changed my name over to Patches a few years ago and at that point, I think it was when the email server went south.

I’m not asking for much… just some random thoughts about the site. Maybe I missed the thread(s) about the whys and whens. Just when I saw your post, I figured I’d ask. Appreciate the time you put in to respond though and I understand you don’t have the reasons. I thank you! They are still better then nothing!
