I thought it was "funky pumps" at first, as well. But I think "fuck-me pumps" fits very well with the concept of the song.

Also, in "It's No Game (Part II)", when he sings "Children 'round the world put camel shit on the walls"...I don't have any idea what that's supposed to mean, but I think it sounds rather groovy nonetheless.
