I think he has. I mean everyone does crazy stuff when they're a kid in their twentys. Also look at his music back then, it was crazy, really out there. Now its more relaxed, it makes more sense. He has a family now too, i dont think he'd be doing, he probably gets natural highs from his wife and daughter!
