My dad is a fan of pre-Young Americans Bowie music, but doesn't really care about the rest. But it was through the albums he owned that I first heard Bowie.

My mom only knows him as the China Girl guy, and I think she thinks he's a bit fruity, but she likes Modern Love.

My younger brother used to hate Bowie, but the more he learns of how Bowie influenced the modern bands he does like, the more he likes him, and now I think he's become a casual fan.
