It was purely for the benefit of No Control. I take it that Frank's lyrics are fine in a certain context but I think my original point (that Zappa worshippers may not always be predisposed to liking the subtleties of TMWSTW) was probably better. As you point out, it's a different kettle of fish. I just don't expect one to necessarily appreciate the other, hence why No Control can find Zappa completely tolerable but write off what is possibly the finest lyrical album of all time as 'shit'. I am sure that No Control is bound to disagree as always.
