Is Gary Neuman still making records ?

Im asking you this in all honesty, i really do not know of any recent recordings

I read in a recent interview from a newspaper on BWW, that Mr Bowie see's no difference in his writings of "Reality"/"Heathen", to those of his 1990s albums.

Whats your view on that ? please.
