It has now been 18 months since Bowie's last studio album and there is still no news or rumours of a new album.

It should be noted that the wait from Reality to the next album has already exceeded the previous wait from Heathen to Reality. If we, however, take the average wait between Bowie albums post Scary Monsters (22.5 months), Bowie is set for a new release this July or August. In that case, we should expect some rumours to be occuring in the next month or so, otherwise we might be in for the long haul (like Hours and Heathen).
