When someone says everything is hunky dory, it means everything's ok, fine etc. and we do say OK in Finnish also, don't we?
Glad you are not one of those who uses ketä altho' I find it quite remarkable that you don't know anyone who speaks like that. You must keep your ears closed or select the persons you listen to very carefully.
