David has often mentioned how he regretted becoming addicted, but not regretting the experience. We can probably put drugs aside in this debate, if he has no regrets, then it probably isn't viewed as his biggest mistake. Main contenders for an answer so far: MainMan, Angie (and her poetry), and proclaiming that he was gay.
