Why have someone who had nothing to do with the original mix it though?
There is no requirement to have the original producer remix an album into 5.1
As long as someone with experience and a good track record in creating albums in surround, ie, Elliot Scheiner who has created amazing 5.1 mixes. Just don't let Ken Scott have another go.
