I don't want him to be cutting edge, I want him to be good. It wouldn't kill him to work with a good, contemporary, mainstream producer, though. Let Bowie bring on the weird, and let the producer bring on the contemporary groove. It would give them both something to play against, which often results in the best music.

Working with Goldfrapp would be kinda cool . . .
