I am also curious about that. According to this page, production and recording artist credit go to them entirely but there is some very distinctive lead guitar.

Bowie said:

"BT wanted me to write the lyrics and top line melody for a backing track that he had written and produced for the forthcoming Jamie Fox movie 'Stealth'. I wrote my part in New York and recorded it at Looking Glass. I then sent the Pro-Tools parts back to BT in LA and he did the mix there."

So Bowie has been at the same studios as Reality and (part of) Heathen but looks like no Visconti and most likely, his other usual band members were absent as well.
