Since the signature is so messy and un bowie-esque, what do you reckon -
someone had scrambled up to get his signature
he was holding something in his left hand and
when handed the pen just jotted it down with his right hand?

seems feasible, but i don't plan on buying it either way so it makes no difference to me.
