Depends what you call a "proper" video - we've had that debate some time before. At any rate, Rubber Band features Bowie dressed up in a band uniform, complete with hat and stiffly waxed moustache, an empty row of chairs (except for the one he occupies) and a gazebo, all set to a white background (á la Life Of Mars? and Be My Wife). In When I'm Five, he's made to look as immature as possible and wanders about a giant set of candles.
