Thank you for visiting Teenage Wildlife. Here are some previous user's comments.

It´s a shame George Harrison died so young, at 58 - at the same age, the father of one of my best friends also died of lung cancer. Too sad! Alys, let´s chat tonight? I wanna talk to you and no one of my emails are working! :(

Kronos Quartet also has been confirmed, as, of course, is coordinator Phillip Glass. Tibet House says tickets on sale about two months before (read: soon) at Carnegie Charge ((212) 247-7800) and the box office (11-6 weekdays, opening at 12 weekends, but check before you go), but it may be worth checking online if you're far away, because since last year, CH has greatly upgraded its ability to sell at its web site, www.carnegie.org. The box office usually will tell you if you call to check back one month before the event for the onsale. As we learned last year, that's wrong.

Aarh! heres! Johnny, you remember me Mumma? Mumma is so der pleased to have you back, that if i had known i would have baked a cake. Frank has been waiting for your approval over his new made toys, he knew you would get in touch one day, his 'siezure of screams' he wrote when i told him about all the fun our Johnny use to have opening doors with axes instead of using the handle.Yes Peggy was certainly blessed with powers, there were many times at her table when we felt rumblings and Frank acted like The God Possessed.. but this was usually due to a small bag she had forgot to take out the chicken before roasting it.

'Siezure of Screams' and 'The God Possessed' are my favorite tracks Abana. The Roswell boys absolutely love 'Siezure of Screams'. It reminds them of the abduction in New Mexico. All those instruments, the probing, the exhausting mind-scans. Peggy warned David thru the crystal ball about the planes crashing into the towers but David just laughed it away. Peggy was always the psychic one in the family. Anyway tell grandpa and grandma Rizzo, Johnny's happy and living in America!

Ok Lizz. WHAT: E! Network's "Mysteries and Scandals" and also the History Channel's "History Lost and Found" both times interviews regarding the Lindbergh Kidnapping Case. WHY: Because my entire professional career seems (at times) to be based upon the Lindbergh Case and someone told them I'm an "expert" on it. HOW: with a TV camera (duh!) WHEN: They filmed me in Spring '99 and the two documentaries originally aired Fall '99. Keeps re-airing on both channels. WHERE: United States. BTW: I *tried* to get a picture of Bowie in the background, but it didn't work...oh well, maybe when the Travel Channel comes to film me (next month).

I'm so glad the Rizzos are talking again, the waters have been calmed and Abana has stopped threatening to drive his ice cream van into Madison Square Garden to reach paradise and 50 virgins. I have tried talking to grandma over a table but she is so bone idol these days all she ever spells out is hyberbola , she knows all the answers but only uses half the cards. Frank is my boy when he is not David, i tell him about the alien which is not very much, as all i can remember is the cigarette afterwards.

Abana my favorite songs off the new album are 'Hyberbola' and 'Inside your body'. The lyrics to 'Hyberbola' are quite strange: "This extravagant desire exaggerates my soul. Stuck in the devil's heaven with no cruise control. Evil always tempts a human on the dole. The needy have no destiny beyond this hellish hole."
Frank Rizzo (Posted from IP:

Peggy and the Roswell boys raised David in a backwoods hovel all through his teen years. Little is known about this. Of course, Abana would never tell but Grandma Rizzo knew all the details. During those years DB had the idea that a 'Host Invasion' of undocumented aliens could wreck havoc on their then crumbling social system. Hence, decades later we have the album. Oh by the way, don't go digging grandma up. You know how she hates to dwell among the living. Leave her there with the dead where she can party unemcumbered by a diseased body. Flesh rot is hell on a dancer's legs! Love on ya

its my pleasure Abana. I wrote 'suitable agent' when Papa Rizzo said i was damned. He banished me far away from Roswell US and the Rizzo family in the forties for not being one of his boys. He made a stipulation to Peggy my guardian angel in Sarf London UK that i must learn everything there is to know about ice cream, but i was only interested in penetrating frothy coffee and jazz. I will say hello for you to Grandma Rizzo, when i can find a shovel.

Papa was busy, on his knees with a blocked cream squirter, i was lonely those quiet evenings in Roswell.I dont feel guilty now as the Rizzo family has contaminated the world with DB and the old bugs have buggered off somewhere else.

Oh God Frank!! I am beside myself with glee. I feel giddy all over! No need to send me a copy. I have one already. The lyrics to 'Degraded' are sensational: "Vicious electrons tear my flesh. My race has been decoded. During the birth of death without a face. My ancestral love exploded. Dragged down by desire. My fragile heart was sated. My courage ran without a trace. Now my soul's degraded." Looking forward to the CD single remixed by Gary Numan!!!

Guiseppi, how are you? How's Ma? How's cousin Abana? I have the new Bowie Album, an advanced copy. It's called "Host Invasion." Songs include: 1) The Suitable Agent 2)Inside Your Body 3)Thrush 4)Computer Virus 5)Seizure Of Screams 6)Destiny Aborted 7)The God Possessed 8)Gone To Ruin 9)Hyperbola 10)Degraded 11)Ancestral Code. My favorite tracks are 'The God Possessed', 'The Suitable Agent' and 'Gone To Ruin' which sounds like an odd hybrid of a song, a cross between country western and jungle. I'll send you a copy to download to the whole family. Love Frank

David Bowie has been frank about being my brother Frank. All this time i never knew, ice creams were easy for me but not for Frank. All der time i spent in der freezer chilling out doing Frank's job, he was strumming a new tune on an old toe. Frank was always the wild middle child of the Rizzo family even at early age he use to chew on the lead of his soldier and contaminate the toys.If my old man was ever a bin laden, he had a bin laden hat, he whore gor blimey trousers and he lived in a council cave.

After making covers of "Dancing in the Dark" (Springsteen) and "Panic" (Smiths) mainstays of his set (and releasing them on live recordings) over the past six months, 2001's breakout rocker Pete Yorn this week began doing "China Girl" live. He'll be on Reverb on HBO I believe this week, but I think it was taped several weeks ago, before he started playing it. The album grows on you, because the songs are there, even if the guy sings with more or less the same vocal, regardless.

There's a lot of buzz (like Liz Smith today, for a bad example) about the fascinating interview with Dylan in the new Rolling Stone. It's a must. Also a must is the RS Hall of Fame review on page 90, three long paragraphs on "Low," accompanied by a picture. It couldn't be any better. I won't spoil it (and I don't have an E-version anyway), but put it this way, Low and the four "Further Listening" albums listed at the end of the feature (StS; "Heroes"; Lodger; SM) got 22-and-a-half stars out of a possible 25. At the end of every sentence, you'll feel like saying "Yes! Yes!! It's about time." :-) I think RS catalogs old reviews on the site. I haven't checked, but it's safe to say that these albums weren't quite so well received way back when. As someone pointed out somewhere on Bowienet, the Random Notes mention upfront about Bowie the Concert for New York was really nice, but the glaring mistake about the identity of the bass player is bad enough online, and inexcusable and even a bit sad in print.

One of the items noted in the Village Voice ad for the event is a "Signed David Bowie 'hours' Lithograph." There isn't much that I could find at www.cbgb.com, but the ad says that for more info or if you want to donate, E-mail CBGBsAuction@aol.com. I don't know if that means you can bid over the Internet. It turns out that Pullman doesn't own the concept of Bowie Bonds after all. At least for today, and for this appellate decision, related to a suit against a former partner. The suit against others, IIRC still including Bowie's management, drags on elsewhere. The story is in today's LA Times: http://www.latimes.com/business/la-000088635nov06.story

Thanks, Mr. Bruddah, but it's really construction work 'cause there ain't been much news. Bowie responded to a post on Bowienet about a Roseland DVD by noting that the material has been available on Bowienet for some time. He's the only major artist without a 5.1 DVD concert video. One of the greatest live concert performers ever, and we have yet to have a document of a complete live performance; existing concert films look like disjointed compilations of live songs, which they basically are. Ziggy is a great, highly edited, highly flawed period piece, still not digitally remastered for DVD. Plus, the stuff available now, from 1997 and 1999, has just slightly better quality. ;-) Bowie's forward-looking Internet-oriented business plan has rendered him a technophobe.

Thanks Kali and Jeaj! I'd like to go back and do a M.Phil in Social Research as my degree is in Sociology and it will make it easier to get jobs that I am actually interested in! Jeaj - did you see Alex Salmond on Elaine last night?
