First, the outward and back journey were long but I didn't regret it! The show began at 9 p.m. I was in the front row and to the left (so, on his right hand).
David came on stage wearing a green-brown satin trousers and shirt with cashmere patterns, and brown sandals. He had also a drop earring and a red necklace.
He sang "V2 Schneider" at a time, and mixed techno rythm on "Fame". He sang "Stay", one of my favourite songs. He began "Jean Genie" playing the acoustic guitar on a blues rythm with Reeves Gabrels. He played also the saxophone on "V2".
David and Gail Ann sang together two songs : "Under Pressure" and another one which I don't know the title.
He kneeled in front of the audience while singing "The man who sold the world" and several times during the show he touched people's hand. He sang 2.30 hours without interrupting, he had obviously a great pleasure to sing...Every time it's such a deep emotion, seeing him and listening to the music, it's such a strange and beautiful alchemy...
I walked at the hotel alone under the thin rain, as a somnambulist and him, he went away somewhere in the spring night...
