Trivia
- Alabama Song, taken from Bertolt Brecht's Threepenny Opera
had been a staple of the 1978 tour. Although purists might call it
a mutilation, Bowie's Brecht was a brilliant, if unorthodox version
of the classic. It was admirably served by the re-recording of
Space Oddity on the B-side, which worked as a recognizable anchor for
the unusual single.
