Tibet House Gala Benefit Concert

Introduced by Moby as "the greatest musician of the 20th century", Bowie was accompanied for his two songs by Moby (guitar), Tony Visconti (bass), Philip Glass (piano), Sterling Campbell (drums) and a string quartet (violins and cellos). Between songs Bowie explained his initial foray into Tibetan Buddhism in London in 1965 (the genesis of Silly Boy Blue).

Bowie also came out at the big group sing-along at the end to Patti Smith's People Have The Power.
