Blur and No Doubt both to reunite in 2009

Blur will return to action with original guitarist Graham Coxon in 2009, confirms singer Damon Albarn. Albarn also recently revealed that he hopes to begin work on a new Gorillaz disc in January.

In other band reuniting news, No Doubt have announced plans to return to the road and continue to work on a new album in 2009. While no tour is yet announced, No Doubt and Fall Out Boy have been tapped to headline the second and first nights of the 2009 Bamboozle festival taking place May 2-3 in E. Rutherford, N.J.

Once we get into the winter months here in Atlanta, it seems like the concert season slows down, but there are still a lot of great shows yet to come this winter.
