30 Seconds to Mars $30 Million Lawsuit

Virgin Records reportedly has filed a $30 million lawsuit against 30 Seconds to Mars, claiming that the band allegedly "repudiated" a contract signed in 1999 and owes the label three more albums. "Roughly 45 days ago we exercised our legal right to terminate our old, out of date contract," counters frontman Jared Leto in an online post. Leto also assures fans that 30STM have not broken up and currently are in Los Angeles recording a new disc.
