When you search in text fields, without specifying an operator it will be interpreted as '~*your-text*' (i.e. a wildcard match)

Some fields has a fixed set of allowable values from which you can choose. Gender...... : Any Not sure Male Female These fields normally have a default value of "Any" which means : Accept any values in this field.
